Pro bodyboarder offers free coaching clinic
Wesley Coetzee will be sharing his knowledge and skills with those interested to learn more about bodyboarding techniques and ocean knowledge.
Wesley Coetzee, the 2023 South African bodyboarding pro, will be hosting a free workshop this Saturday, March 9.
Go along and join in on the fun and learn about basic bodyboarding techniques and ocean knowledge at St Mike’s beach at 09:00.
What you can expect?
Bodyboarding techniques such as body positioning, body posture, hand positioning, weight distribution, paddling with your arms and kicking with flippers.
It will also include tips on ocean awareness on rip currents, tides, rocks, sand banks, waves and peaks.
This coaching clinic is absolutely free and proudly sponsored by Ugu Bodyboarding Association.
