Hosting a show on SABC 1 has always been a dream for Boboyi’s television personality Nomalanga ‘The Flame’ Shozi.
The media personality is the host of SABC 1’s newest show, The Sauce, which airs on Saturdays at 7.30pm.
According to the former Marburg Secondary pupil, the show features fashion, celebrity news and more.
Speaking to the media recently, Shozi said she is happy to be on SABC 1 because it is a big channel.
She explained that she had been watching the channel since she was born.
“Being in it, I count it as fulfilling one of my dreams. I am still shocked when I shoot this show because I still can’t believe it. In SABC 1, they have invested money in advertisements, which is a big thing for me and I can see that many doors will open,” he said.
Shozi who used to be at Ugu Youth Radio is also the current host of BET Breaks on BET.
She has also been on Gagasi FM as a radio personality.
A few years ago, Shozi was named the most valuable player after winning the public auditions of Etv’s canned drama series Rhythm City.
She was recently seen in the 1Magic’s dramedy, Rommies.
“I work hard because I am not only working for myself but also for my child. She has grown up now and will turn two. I have dreams that I want to fulfill that I had before I had a child,” she said
