Karatekas perform with excellence

Sensei Jay Rambharos has produced a number of black belt karatekas over the years.

Karatekas from the International Shotokan Karate Federation South Africa (ISKFSA), Port Shepstone had its 39th national tournament in Tongaat recently.

Sensei Jay Rambharos was proud of their performance and stressed to his students that winning medals is not the only important aspect in this sport.

Being a karateka, for more than 43 years, Sensei Jay has produced a number of black belt karatekas over the years.

He has inculcated confidence, character and discipline unto his students.
He emphasises that martial arts, (karate) is an ingredient for self-protection and values such as humility, forgiveness, patience, self-control, self-confidence and kindness.
