A reminder: The Sani2c is an annual cycling event that takes place in April of each year. Tidy Towns Pennington, Widenham Retirement Village, Sezela Bowling Club and Scottburgh Athletic Club are involved in moving cyclists’ vehicles from Glencairn Farm in Underberg to Scottburgh High.

Martin Hanlon of Tidy Towns advises that they are involved in two races – the trail event, which starts on Tuesday, April 23 and ends on Thursday, April 25 at the Scottburgh Golf Club.

The main event starts on Thursday, April 25 and ends on Saturday, April 27, also at the golf club.
People are needed to drive competitors’ cars back to Scottburgh High. Transport is provided from Widenham, and/or Scottburgh to Underberg each day. Drivers must have a valid licence, be over 25 years old, and driving for more than three years.

For each car moved, the various organisations involved receive a monetary payout which goes towards their fundraising activities. Should anyone be willing to offer their services, call 082 8973511.
