I request the municipality to indicate when exactly we can look forward to a dangerous section of public road, on the corner of Egerton and Olive roads in Freeland Park, to be properly repaired and tarred.
There have been several work parties over the past several years, who have done piecemeal work at the site, and at the last visit last year I was personally given the assurance by a gentleman who I was told was the supervisor on the day, that permanent repairs and tarring would be completed in November 2023.
This has obviously not happened and this absolute disgrace has been ignored and allowed to deteriorate even further.
We are now at the point where a definite move needs to be made towards fixing this mess without further delay.
