It was an exciting day for the older classes of CS Learning Centre and CS Skills Centre, as they had a field trip to Hamel Farm in Izotsha last Thursday.
From learning about growing bananas, sugar cane and macadamia nuts to tractor rides and petting the animals – everyone had a wonderful time.
Sabelwokuhle Sabela (9) is one of the learners who definitely learnt a lot from ‘Uncle Ryan’ and ‘Aunty Dayna’.
He enjoyed the animals, although he was not too keen to touch them.
Sabelwokuhle is a kind and happy boy who is a keen enforcer of the rules and does not shy from correcting his classmates as he sees fit.
He is a good listener and always tries to help explain things to his friends if they need help.
He is very responsible, is never discouraged by his challenges and always tries his best.
Staff say that it is always such a pleasure to see Sabelwokuhle and his big smile at school!
