KZN Philharmonic visits Margate Primary

Some learners were chosen to conduct the orchestra, and all did an amazing job.

The KZN Philharmonic Orchestra visited Margate Primary last Tuesday.

Some 33 musicians played a variety of instruments, each of which were explained to the learners.

Chenene Swart explained the importance of life skills to learners. Here’s hoping that the learners gained some important knowledge from the talk.

On the sports side, Limnandi Dyani came first in his age group at the district cross-country meeting.

The U11 boys played their first soccer tournament recently and won two games.

The U13 boys won two and drew one, and the U13 girls won one, drew two and lost one.

The U13 boys played soccer against Izotsha. The B team won, and the A team drew their matches. Both the U11B teams won their matches.

Thuso Mavundla made the SKZN cricket team.

Limnandi Dyani came first in his age group in the district cross-country.
