Izotsha’s Grade 1s celebrate 100 days

They had a dress-up day to celebrate the occasion.

Izotsha Primary‘s Grade 1 learners recently celebrated 100 days of being at ‘big school’. They had a dress-up day to celebrate the occasion.

The Intermediate and Senior Phases held a special assembly last Friday where green, silver or gold academic badges were awarded to those who fulfilled the given criteria for each phase at the end of the second term.

On Monday this week, merit award badges were awarded to those learners who achieved a total of three credits last term for good behaviour, good work ethics, good test results, a vast improvement in results, good manners, being helpful or kind or just being good ‘Izotshonians’. Learners who received merit badges were also awarded a free Civvies Day for Friday.

A warm welcome to Jaime Strecker who is the new Intermediate and Senior Phase assistant. The school is happy to have Ester Wood back at work, too.
