Enjoying the breezy sunshine at CS Learning Centre are Michelle Munona (11) and Okuhle Mhlope (12). These tweens love to swing and enjoy the constant motion it provides.
Okuhle is a happy and enthusiastic boy who loves to be around friends and teachers and engage with everyone. He loves playing outside, and with his limitless energy, he runs from one activity to another. Climbing, jumping, swinging and running are all in Okuhle’s repertoire, and he does them all well!
His cheerfulness is contagious, and his smile brings constant joy to those around him.
Michelle enjoys a more calm approach to the playground than Okuhle. She has certainly gained confidence and knows what she wants to do and when she wants to do it, and then she will happily participate in that activity for the whole of playtime.
Michelle prefers to utilise the sensory room, enjoying the calming lights, soft music and tactile toys. When she’s not inside, she likes to gently sway on the swing and interact with some of her classmates.
Despite their differing approaches to life, they both bring joy and friendship to each other and their class.
