Zahra is top matric at PS Secondary

Kryolan Nair, Dux Approximae, brought further accolades to the school achieving seven As and an aggregate of 86.7%.

Port Shepstone Secondary‘s class of 2023 invested much time and effort in maintaining the school’s academic excellence.

The school’s most outstanding achiever Zahra Moosa, Dux Awardee 2023, notched an impressive eight As and an overall aggregate of a whopping 92.1%.

Kryolan Nair, Dux Approximae, brought further accolades to the school achieving seven As and an aggregate of 86.7%.

An enviable total of 182 subject distinction were netted and the class of 2023 obtained a pass rate of 91.7% in the National Senior Certificate Examination.

Other top achievers who worked equally hard are: Mutsa Mahlanza (six As – 84.6% aggregate), Zahra Khan (five As – 84.1% aggregate), Alwande Doncabe (five As – 81.7% aggregate), Ayabonga Mpangase (four As – 80.9% aggregate) and Sibongokuhle Mbizane (four As – 80.8% aggregate).

The principal and school governing body extend sincere gratitude to the teachers for their indelible contribution to education and extend well wishes to all learners in their future endeavours.

Other top achievers who made the school proud are (from left) Mutsa Mahlanza (6 As), Abhay Ramlall (4 As) and Ayabonga Mpangase (4 As).
