PS High’s star matric places second in Ugu

Some 236 learners sat for the National Senior Certificate exams, 185 Bachelor passes were achieved, 38 Diploma passes and 7 Higher Certificate passes.

Port Shepstone High congratulates Nonduduzo Ndlovu who achieved the second highest results in the Ugu District, with seven distinctions in the 2022 matric examinations.

The school has done it again by producing exceptional results in the National Senior Certificate (NSC) examinations, with the total number of subject distinctions being 258.

Nonduduzo, the school’s 2022 Dux was invited to attend the provincial release of the NSC results in Durban last Friday. It was here that she discovered that she had placed second in the district.
An overall pass rate of 97.5% was attained, with three learners achieving 7 As, four learners achieved 6 As and two learners achieved 5 As.

Of the 236 learners who sat for the NSC – 185 Bachelor passes were achieved, 38 Diploma passes and 7 Higher Certificate passes. The school is incredibly proud of the learners who sacrificed and worked hard for such wonderful results. Thanks to the educators, support staff and parents who made it all possible.
