The countdown has begun for the Umdoni Coastal Adventure Mountain Bike Ride and Trail Run this Saturday.
This family fun day will take place at the Rocky Bay Trails, hosted by Umdoni Christian Academy, in association with Badgers Cycling and Sports Centre.
There will be a fun run/ride where people can enjoy an easy and enjoyable 6km route, perfect for families and beginners, winding through well-maintained trails in the lush forests and farmlands.
Serious athletes can test their endurance with challenging 10km and 20km trail runs or tackle the 20km and 45km cycling routes.
Register on the day between 06:00 and 07:30.
