Madeleine Pretorius of Oslo Beach is thrilled to be nominated as one of South Africa’s top 30 powerhouse women in South Africa.
Pretorius looks forward to representing the South Coast at this year’s glamourous Influential Women and Artes Awards 2024 ceremony at the Sibaya Theatre in Umhlanga on July 7.
The local businesswoman was nominated as Influential Women Of The Year for her groundbreaking work in women and people empowerment and making a significant difference in SA and bringing pride to the nation.
The long list of her multitude of talents go on and on – she is a motivational speaker, international coach and influencer, author, ambassador, wife and mother, to name a few.
“This award is not just a personal achievement, but testimony to three decades of work in people empowerment and the unwavering support and encouragement from my family, friends, and colleagues,” she said.
Pretorius is originally from Pretoria and relocated with her family to Oslo Beach in 2020.
She says living and working at the coast is a dream come true for her, as she firmly believes that her purpose is to make a difference in people’s lives on the South Coast.
Pretorius is the owner of two companies and also serves as an Executive Member of the South Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
She also has wonderful plans to fundraise for volunteers from Tidy Towns Shelly Beach to Margate.
