Special treat for visiting children

It's the 40th anniversary of this special project, which has relied solely on donations.

Youngsters from St. Laurence’s Children’s Haven recently had the most incredible time on the South Coast, including a wonderful day at San Lameer Estate.

The group enjoys a visit to Riverbend Crocodile Farm.

It was also a first time for them seeing the ocean. The children were aged between one and 18 years old.
The initiative, called Kids to the Sea, is spear-headed by Round Table Northridge 117, in conjunction with Round Table Margate 46, and others.

The children enjoyed paddleboarding on the river, building their own pizzas, and taking part in a putting competition.

Beautiful spring day at the beach.

They also spent time on their very own private beach. It was a day filled with adventure and joy.

The children had an unforgettable day, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
Each child also received their very own personal gift.

An activity for the more daring.

The 25 children enjoyed a week-long seaside holiday, with numerous local businesses sponsoring outings.
