What a week it’s been for the owners of Mariners Seafood Restaurant, Kevin Feinberg and John Caple.
“We have had about 20 staff per day since last Sunday cleaning and mopping up and we are pretty much finished. We are now working with the insurance assessor to wrap things up,” said Kevin.
Kevin said they have wonderful plans to revamp the interior and exterior of the restaurant, but this would depend only if Ray Nkonyeni Municipality confirms the business partners’ new lease.
“We are hoping the decision will be made by the end of the month and we can then spend the next two months going ‘full-out’ and undertaking the mammoth task of revamping the restaurant,” he said.
