Country rocker releases new hit single

Hi music has been described as 'modern country pop rock with a passionate punch'.

Singer-songwriter Shaun van Niekerk aka Shaün Wülf has released a debut single, ‘Magnets’, which is guaranteed to bring out the sing-along and foot-tapping modern country rocker in everyone.

Shaun, originally from Ermelo, Mpumalanga lived in Pretoria from 2009 until recently moving to Uvongo.

He has been performing live since 2004 in various bands such as Fake ID, Resting Chaos, If 6 was 9 (toured internationally), The Dying Breed and Sayõnara.

Sayõnara performed on the main stage at Oppikoppi 2016 and many other SA festivals.
The latest addition to his played festivals are Splashy Fen and Oppikus.

Those who’ve been lucky enough to have seen Shaun live will confirm that his vocal delivery is known to be subtle but sensational exhilaration.

He also has an incredible ability to combine his music with the sounds of refreshing vocal harmonies, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, drums, bass, organ, piano, ukulele, mandolin, synth and various percussion instruments.
