Tidy Towns Port Shepstone welcomes additional assistance

Its expansion and extension to the ratepayers' association will create better and bigger opportunities.

The recently formed Oslo Beachfront Ratepayers’ Association has quickly earned the trust of the community with its speedy assistance and commitment to resolving and redirecting important community related issues.

The association is made-up of a group of like-minded volunteers.

It is a registered organisation which has recently adopted the Tidy Towns Port Shepstone initiative under its wing.
The concept of Tidy Towns (for the community by the community) is shared by the Oslo Beachfront Ratepayers’ Association, which has a common vision to help promote and clean-up this area of the beautiful South Coast.

Its expansion and extension to the ratepayers’ association will create better and bigger opportunities.

“We will be embarking on many projects to involve the community in making our beachfront a better environment to live in and enjoy,” said one volunteer.

“We will be working closely with all suburbs, including but not restricted to, Marburg, Albersville, the CBD, beachfront and Oslo Beach.”

Having Tidy Towns under the Oslo Beachfront Ratepayers’ Associations umbrella is exciting and encouraging for residents and executives of the team.

They look forward to working with the Tidy Towns team and welcome community support, ideas and assistance to expand the opportunities and run successful projects.
