Khetha Zulu appointed acting MM for RNM

Zulu has a month to month contract for three months.

Ray Nkonyeni Municipality has appointed Khethukuthula Zulu as its acting municipal manager.

This comes after Max Mbili’s contract had come to an end last week.

In a special council meeting it was resolved that Zulu, who is HOD of Development Planning Services department, will be acting for not more than three months.

Spokesperson for RNM, Simon April, said Council felt that Zulu has the necessary skills, expertise, competency, and qualifications to be considered.

“The recruitment and selection process to have the post filled has already began and Council is confident that it will be finalised in the period not exceeding three months from now.”

Zulu took the reins as acting municipal manager on September 1.
