The body of an unknown man was found at St Mike’s Beach last Wednesday.
The body was discovered by a member of the community who was walking near a pathway at Saints Walk.
Saps Ugu District Communications said paramedics were called to the scene and certified the unknown man as deceased.
The cause of death will be established via a post-mortem examination.
