‘It was a Day of Doing Good’

NPC implements Community Service Initiatives, giving back to two creches on the South Coast

A series of community initiatives was run by NPC Cement as part of its Doing Good Project 2022 recently.

NPC Margate’s CIVICO hands over items bought for the crèche to the beneficiaries.

On the South Coast, 90 volunteers from Margate NPC visited the KwaNositha Community Crèche to assist with fixing and restoring some of its facilities such as painting, roof repair, electrical work, building concrete steps, replacing windows and so much more.

From the Simuma Plant over 100 volunteers visited Sunnyside Crèche to give it a fresh coat of paint, also giving a facelift to the crèche’s new veggie garden and to put up a much-needed fence to ensure the safety of the children.
