Mziwandile Paul Mbili (35) from Sanathan in Umzinto has been missing since May 11.
Police state that he left his home on the day and never returned.
An appeal is made to the public to contact authorities if he is seen.
Mbili has short hair and is unshaven.
He was last seen wearing a navy hooded jacket, grey tracksuit and blue takkies.
He is slender in build, has abnormality to his legs and a burnt scar on his right thigh.
