Tamaryn Price (20) who lives in Tweni, is one of the finalists in the Miss Grand South Africa pageant.
The local lass is one of 38 finalists chosen across the country.
Tamaryn attended Suid-Natal Primary, and completed her secondary education at Suid-Natal High.
She is currently an apprentice mechanic in Shelly Beach.
Interestingly, this young woman not only enjoys trying out new make-up, but taking apart and reassembling engines.
She hopes to one day model for international companies.
