Wild Coast Sun welcomes Cynthia

She added that retired public relations manager, Sandi Burger had passed on many pearls of wisdom.

Cynthia Nene has officially taken over the reins as marketing manager at the Wild Coast Sun Hotel and Casino.

Originally from Pietermaritzburg, Cynthia has been with the Sun International Group since 2006.

She has racked up an impressive work history at the group’s head office, as well as establishments such as Sibaya Casino and Entertainment Kingdom, Sun City Resort and The Boardwalk Casino and Entertainment World.

Cynthia Nene is the new marketing manager at the Wild Coast Sun Hotel and Casino.

In 2007, Cynthia spent time training at the Wild Coast Sun Hotel and Casino and was pleasantly surprised to find that she was still remembered by some of the staff.

So far, she has been made to feel as part of the team and was thrilled at how welcoming the resort had been to her.

“I have great plans in store for the resort, as well as the Wild Coast community,” said Cynthia.

She added that retired public relations manager, Sandi Burger had passed on many pearls of wisdom.

“Sandi has left me with a lot of knowledge. She has done so much groundwork already, it’s amazing. We are placing emphasis on the fact that everything we do must include and benefit our surrounding community,” Cynthia explained.

When she isn’t hard at work, Cynthia takes to the gym and spends time with her three children.

“I am so happy to be here and I’m going to love being part of the Wild Coast Sun family,” Cynthia concluded.
