Paddock police make a gruesome discovery

Two suspects aged 25 and 26 years of age were arrested by police.

Paddock SAPS responded to a scene on a farm in Paddock on Saturday, April 3 where they found the body of a man who had been stabbed to death numerous times.

Police spokesman Captain Petros Pinge said some of his body parts had been removed. “He was later identified as one of the farm employees,” he added.

A murder case was opened and assigned to Detective Sergeant Michael Msizazwe who wasted no time sourcing information.

Two suspects aged 25 and 26 years of age were arrested by police on Tuesday, April 13 in the Paddock area and charged for the murder.

Both accused appeared yesterday in the Port Shepstone Magistrate’s Court. The matter has been remanded to a later date and the motive for the murder is still under investigation.
