Henry the Nile crocodile celebrates his 120th birthday at Crocworld Conservation Centre in Scottburgh on December 16.

The five metre dinosaur, as some call him, weighs half a ton and arrived at the centre in 1985 at the mature age of 85.

Henry has since enjoyed his life of leisure at the centre and has fathered thousands of offspring with his six wives.

Considered by locals as one of the wonders of the world, Henry attracts many people to the South Coast from far and wide, especially during this time of year.
