Ray Nkonyeni Municipality suspends services at old post office building in Sheppie after positive case of Covid-19 is identified

Motor licensing and registration and cashier services operate from this building.

The Ray Nkonyeni Municipality  Community Services Centre in the old post office building in Port Shepstone will be closed today, Monday July 20 and tomorrow, Tuesday, July 21  for deep cleaning after an employee tested positive for Covid-19.
Motor licensing and registration and cashier services operate from this building. Accding to the municipality’s spokesman Simon April, “The municipality in consultation with the Department of Health has followed all necessary protocols related to Covid-19 in ensuring safety of other employees and members of the public following confirmation of this case.”
Members of the public who would like to access these services on these two days are urged to use Margate offices for motor licensing services or payments; pay at Shoprite, Checkers, Pick n Pay, Spar, Pep and Ackermans or use Easy Pay.
