Who is responsible for the maintenance of traffic lights? Surely this crowd have noticed that the green light (both directions) at the Park Rynie traffic lights is not working? If it is the Road Traffic Department, I am sure that their vehicles have travelled this road a number of times during the past week and one would think that the drivers have noticed that there’s no green light?
