These women are winners
According to founder of the NGO, Xolani Mbutho, more than 200 women applied for the tuition.
THE five lucky winners of the free Women’s Month learner’s licence tuition, sponsored by the X Mbutho Foundation, have been announced.
They are Noluthando Cele, Nqobile Hlongwa, Ayanda Nyawose, Zamekile Myeza and Portia Maphumulo.

According to founder of the NGO, Xolani Mbutho, more than 200 women applied for the tuition.
“I did not expect such a fantastic response,” he said.
Xolani extended his thanks to Scottburgh Library for allowing him to use its the premises as a venue.
“I am also happy to report that one of the students selected for the free Mandela Day tuition has obtained his learner’s licence.”
