Jai Hind Primary pupils interact with farm animals

The play area was a hive of activity until it was time to return home and pupils were tired, but richer for the experience.

Jai Hind Primary’s excited gr 1 pupils were accompanied by teachers on a field trip to Fiddlewood Farm in Margate last week.

They thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to feed and interact with farm animals.

The informative tour was interested and they learnt a lot about taking care of farm animals.

They also visited the farm dam and strolled through the forest.

After lunch, they took part in an energetic game of soccer.

Teacher Terrisha Haripersad is welcomed back from maternity leave.

The school bids a fond farewell to replacement teacher Prashini Naidoo and sincerely thank her for her services.

Mrs Naidoo is congratulated for her recent cum laude graduation.

Jai Hind Primary wishes the Muslim community well for Eid Mubarak.
