WIN prizes worth R75 000 at the Longest Drive Challenge this Sunday

There will also be plenty of spot prizes handed out during the course of the day.

The countdown to the inaugural South Caost Herald Longest Drive Challenge has begun.

All the action takes place on the 18th hole at the Port Shepstone Country Club this Sunday, August 26, starting at 10am.

Your R200 entry fee will see you in with a chance to win your share of an amazing R75 000 worth of prizes, including:

Men’s and women’s longest drive

Silver Foxes (0ver 60s) men and women’s longest drive

Mallo drive and chip competition

Putt competition

Juniors aged 7 to 9 years and 10 to 12 years

Juniors aged 13 to 15 years

Even if you’re not an uber-talented golfer, the entrant voted ‘fail of the day’ will walk off with a free round of golf for a fourball at Selborne Park while the entrant deemed most serious, dedicated and competitive will also receive a free round of golf for four at Selborne Park.

To add to the fun, a number of spot prizes will be awarded at random intervals during the day.

Tickets are available from the South Coast Herald offices, the pro shop at Port Shepstone Country Club and through webtickets.
