The Ugu Cluster Commander, Major General Sethenya Agnes Nxamagele, commended the Ugu Cluster Operational Command Centre detectives for the excellent investigation of the crimes committed by Kheswa in three different policing areas.

“The detectives worked tirelessly, for long hours, often through the night, to thoroughly investigate all the crimes committed by Kheswa. I welcome the sentences and am sure that the communities feel that much safer now knowing that this serial killer has been removed from our streets to spend the rest of his life in prison. The families of those who were robbed of their lives by Kheswa will now have a sense of closure. Well done to the prosecution team,” she said.
