SEX has long been a taboo topic for many and, in actual fact, it shouldn’t be.

It was established that men who ejaculated 21 times or more during the course of a month would be 19 percent less likely to be diagnosed with prostate cancer. The study included men between the ages of 20 to 29. Surprisingly, although the study requires further research, it was found that these benefits were even greater for men older than 40.

Sex reduces stress, according to a study by the University of West Scotland and this is where reason three comes in.

Apparently, the reason for this is because endorphins and oxytocin are released during intercourse and these hormones activate pleasure centers in the brain which bring on feelings of intimacy as well as relaxation – resulting in reduced anxiety and depression.
