PSSP seniors study drug abuse

Congratulations to Keytin Vorster for being selected as part of the KZN Primary Schools’ swimming squad.

MEMBERS of the SAPS addressed the PSSP senior assembly last Friday about alcohol and drug abuse and the consequences associated with this problem faced by society, especially the youth. The school thanks Sergeant Stanley Holloway and Lieutenant-Colonel Zandra Wiid for this valuable presentation. Guest speaker Jayden Moodley spoke to younger pupils at the junior assembly about the significance of Women’s Day.

Congratulations to Ongama Mkhwanazi and Shakira Coetzer, who recently represented Ugu (Elsie Pretorius Karate) at the WKF Karate KZN Tournament. Ongama received a silver medal and Shakira a bronze. Both received their WKF KZN Development Colours and will represent the province at the WKF Karate SA Tournament later in the year. PSSP congratulates Keytin Vorster for being selected as part of the KZN Primary Schools’ swimming squad.

Well done to the volleyball team which took part in the final schools’ volleyball tournament at Marburg Sports Complex last Saturday.
