A WOMAN is in a serious condition after being injured in a hit-and-run accident on the R102 in Umtentweni this afternoon.
Netcare 911 paramedics and the police arrived to find the woman lying on the roadway with serious injuries.
After she was stabilised at the scene, she was taken to hospital in Port Shepstone.
