EVIDENCE of the second child involved in the trial of former traffic chief, Dave Middleton, was heard in camera in the Port Shepstone Regional Court on Monday this week.
Regional Magistrate, Johann Bester, postponed the case to September when the teenager will be cross-examined by Middleton’s defence advocate, Jimmy Howse.
Middleton is facing a string of charges including two counts of rape, various counts of sexual assault, two counts of sexual grooming of a child, display and exposure of child pornography and intimidation.
