The hijacker grabbed the woman through the half open window and hit her.

A MOTORIST (42) narrowly escaped being hijacked at the Hibberdene offramp last night at 9.30pm.

The woman driver was yielding for other vehicles to pass when she saw three men approaching her vehicle.

At the time, her window was half open.

“Another man then grabbed her through the half open window, hit her in the face, tore her T-shirt, and told her to get out of the vehicle,” she said.

She however sped off and luckily escaped being hijacked.
