Meetings held to ensure successful elections

Practical Ministries wants to preserve our hard-earned democracy.

PRACTICAL Ministries is planning countrywide meetings to strengthen and encourage the nation towards a peaceful, free and fair election.

Reverend Danny Chetty said that this is a non-party political event. “While people from various faiths and sectors will be upholding the forthcoming elections in prayers, it is my hope that the people of this country can make another historical moment in preserving our hard-earned democracy,” said Rev Chetty.

The meeting takes place at St Martin de Porres this Sunday, May 4 at 3pm. Practical Ministries is hoping to have Dr Douglas Dziva or Dr Luke Ngoetjana from the KwaZulu Christian Council, as well foreign dignitaries, present at the meeting, depending on their availability.
