THE case against Hibiscus Coast Protection Services officer Dave Middleton (58) has been postponed to December 3.
Mr Middleton appeared in the Port Shepstone Magistrate’s Court today (Wednesday) where the case was postponed pending a regional court date decision and further investigation.
Mr Middleton, who faces charges including two counts of rape, various counts of sexual assault, two counts of sexual grooming of a child, display and exposure of child pornography and intimidation, will remain behinds bars in Margate.
He appeared in court neatly dressed in a black suit, carrying a novel. Mr Middleton is represented by Larry Seethal from Seethal Attorneys.
