Super scores at Southbroom
The alliance last Saturday was a little drizzly, but some soldiered on.
The ladies’ betterball at Southbroom Golf Club last Wednesday was won by Precious Mkhungo and Jo Ledden on 41 points.
Runners-up were Sandy FitzGerald and Sue Kupisiewicz on 40 points.
The men’s betterball was won by Gary Purtell and Erik van der Spuy on 46 points.
In second place on 45 points were Ken Crawford and Chris Ledden, with Eddie Geffen and Malcolm Moorley next on 44 points.

It was won by Christer Solgevik, Dave Fox, Neill Crossey and Ant Hughes on 83 points, on a countout from Peter Kupisiewicz, Bruce Begley, Mike Lig and Malcolm Greenland.
Chicken Run: Paul Botes 20 points, James Carlsen 17 points.
