Golf rivalry returns this Sunday

Pro Vision is assisting the Port Shepstone Andhra Sabha to raise much-needed funds.

One of the greatest rivalries in the English Premier League is between Manchester United and Liverpool.

However, on the South Coast, Pro Vision Golf Club has been hosting the Man Utd vs Liverpool golf day, where golfers represent each team as they compete for the trophy and bragging rights.

The Port Shepstone Andhra Sabha and Pro Vision Golf Club have joined forces to host the Manchester United vs Liverpool Supporters Golf Challenge at the Port Shepstone Country Club on Sunday, September 15. The annual tournament is open to all men and women golfers, including social golfing enthusiasts and novices who want to experience a fun day of golf.

Pro Vision is assisting the non-profit cultural organisation to raise much-needed funds for the iconic Andhra Hall’s ablution block upgrade.

Prizes have been secured, and with the tournament based on the popular Individual Stableford playing format, entry fee is R260 per player (excluding cart). Bookings can still be made at the Port Shepstone Country Club on 039 6950141 or contact Pro Vision’s Greg Appanna on 083 2903009.

With a shotgun start scheduled to commence before 09:00, golfers are urged to get there early and to confirm their team bookings.

For further details, contact Reuben ‘DD’ Naidoo on 082 8210477.
