Rotary golf day was magical

Port Shepstone Rotarians are grateful to their sponsors, players, patrons and friends for their support at their golf day,

It was one of those perfect golf days at the Port Shepstone Country Club last Sunday.

The weather was ideal, sunny with a light breeze, just to make the day comfortable enough without affecting play.

Shamin Maharaj, Clubs Youth Director and PRO of Port Shepstone Rotary Club, said that from the first tee, everything seemed to click; drives were straight, irons were crisp, and putts rolled true at the Port Shepstone Rotary Club golf fundraiser.

Brothers, Savir and Atish Ginghai came second, with Rotary president Dick Basday.

“The course was in immaculate condition, but what made the day special wasn’t just the score or the funds raised, it was the company. Socialising with friends, sharing laughs, and soaking in the beauty of golf made it a day to remember. We all left the club feeling grateful for the experience, even more grateful to our sponsors, players, patrons and friends for their support of our golf day,” she said.

Rotarians thanked Pro Vision Social Club for their assistance in organising and planning the event with them.
