WALKING IN NATURE: Leg four of Shoreline Challenge this Sunday, June 23
There was more than 100 walkers in each of the first three legs. Come and enjoy a shoreline stroll on Sunday morning.

Leg four of this year’s Shoreline Challenge will start from Ramsgate Beach and end at Southbroom Beach this Sunday, June 23.
The distance is 5.4km, and everyone is welcome!

On Sunday, June 9, a total of 97 walkers gathered for leg three.
This 5.5km walk started at Manaba beach and ended at Ramsgate beach.
The weather was perfect, and it was unexpected surprise to witness sardines being netted at the start of the walk.

Nature lovers got to see dolphin, bird and whale activity along this gorgeous stretch of coastline.

The overall challenge is to walk from Port Shepstone to Port Edward along the beach for most of the way.

Join the next challenge: July 7: Southbroom Beach to Mpenjati – 6.95km; July 21: Mpenjati to Munster Beach – 5.4km; August 4: Munster Beach to Port Edward Beach – 5.4km; August 18: Port Edward Beach to Mtamvuna River – 7km.
An entry fee of R50 will cover your participation each Sunday.
Those who complete all eight legs of the event will be rewarded with a Shoreline Challenge 2024 finisher T-shirt, which will give you bragging rights for at least a year.
