“The man got out of the car and tried to help me and a group of people attacked him. I understand why he had to run for his life.”

She said he was trying to figure out if she had been injured.
She sustained minor injuries to her right leg and arm.

“I couldn’t get his details, neither did he get mine. I just want to speak to him.”

A week before Ngaleka’s accident, another fatal incident occurred in the same spot.
Ngaleka mentioned that pedestrians are still rattled about it.

“Most people are still scared as they are protective of each other.”

Ngaleka said if anyone has information or knows the driver, or if the driver sees the article, to contact her on 082 4443078.
