Striders tackle first race on running calendar
The race was hosted by the Scottburgh Athletic Club.
South Coast Striders Athletic Club participated in the Scottburgh Half Marathon and 10km race recently.
The race was hosted by the Scottburgh Athletic Club and incorporated a 10km qualifier for the KwaZulu-Natal Athletics 10km Club championship for 2024.
Emmanuel Mufamadi said the Scottburgh Half Marathon was the opening race for the 2024 running calendar and Striders was very excited to participate.
Striders is looking forward to participating in more races during the year and invites new members interested in joining the club, to visit the clubhouse on Wednesdays at 17:00 or call the club secretary, Deborah Berridge at 072 1322006.
