Scottburgh Lifesaving Club‘s 2023 Beer Run was a major success. Some would even call it the best one so far!
The annual event was held during December and history was made as this was the first year ever that tickets were completely sold out with 365 adults and 50 children attending.
Many participants went the extra mile by dressing up for the event. Some wore swimming trunks, tutus, Christmas pyjamas and there was an even a T-Rex costume!
All money raised has been split equally between the main club and the nippers club. It is expected to help with the upcoming KZN and SA champs events.
It was overall an incredible fundraiser for the club, and locals hope that it can be just as big this year.
