Preggy, Leon roar to victory
The improved condition of the course has seen some top scoring take place.
Preggy Naidu and Leon Govender won the Port Shepstone Lions‘ golf day at Port Shepstone CC, scoring a superb 50 points.
The main sponsor on the day was Cupboard Venue, with owner Colin Proudfoot in attendance.
Runners-up were Niel Retief and Christo Janse van Vuuren on 46 points, with Piet Snyman and Lionel Peters next on 45 points.
The previous Wednesday’s competition was won on 38 points by Basil King, with Smittie Stieger close behind on 37 points and Fanie Terblanche in third place on 36 points.
