Creston’s gamers applauded

Learners have had a busy and successful past week.

Creston‘s talented senior gamers Keegan Peterson, Teshlin Chetty, Cegan Verster, Joshua D’Arcy and Kent Allan achieved remarkable success in recent eSports competitions under the guidance of Wilmine Jansen van Vuuren.

They secured second place in DOTA 2 and clinched first place in Overwatch. In a thrilling match, the junior team faced off against the coaches, emerging victorious and outplaying the Curro eSport coaches in an exciting Overwatch showdown.

The pre-primary children recently enjoyed a lively hula-hoop challenge, showcasing teamwork and encouragement.

In junior primary girls’ soccer, impressive results were achieved, with notable wins and draws.
The Grade 3 class had an enriching day at Teen Ranch and a delightful reading experience with a new reading easel.

Senior primary cricket boys Oliver Smith, Khulu Mlondo, Loyiso Ndamase, Ronan Rogers and Daniel Davies united for a fundraiser supporting Rodney Pretorius’s battle against Scleroderma. Additionally, sisters Tatum and Reese Laing are now certified Level 1 First Aiders after completing a successful first aid course. Congratulations to all!
