Support Child Welfare’s fun day

The community is urged to get involved in the activities on the day.

Child Welfare Port Shepstone’s Santa Shoebox fun day will take place at St Martin de Porres school this Saturday from 10:00.

“This is an event for our underprivileged children and as such we would like the occasion to be memorable,” said chairperson Cindy Marais.

“We are reaching out to our communities to get involved with our children and orphans.”

Donations of any type for the fun day are welcome, including cakes, sweets, gifts, cold drinks and toiletries.

“Our aim at Child Welfare is to get the community actively involved on the day, with things like face painting, games or anything you and/or your organisation can contribute would be highly appreciated,” said Cindy.

The community is urged to get involved in the activities on the day.
