Football rivalry resumes in golf derby
The traditional English football premiership rivalry now shifts onto the fairways.
The Port Shepstone Andhra Sabha and Pro-Vision Golf Club have joined forces with Pro-Vision to host the Manchester United vs Liverpool Supporters Golf Challenge at Port Shepstone Country Club this Sunday.
This much-awaited annual golf day has been postponed a number of times due to inclement weather.
With the field rapidly filling up, all indications point to a capacity field of players on the day.
The traditional English football premiership rivalry now shifts onto the golf course with teams of golfers representing either United or Liverpool as they bid for the trophy and bragging rights.
Chief convenor of the Port Shepstone Andhra Sabha golf day, Reuben ‘DD’ Naidoo, together with his organising committee, have now partnered with Pro-Vision Golf and Social Club to ensure a top-class tournament.
