An appeal is made to the South Coast to help police locate Thabo Sanele Cebisa (23) from Bashaweni location in Harding.
He was last seen on September 18 in his residential area. At the time of his disappearance he was wearing blue jeans, a black hoodie and white takkies.
Anyone with information on Thabo’s whereabouts is to contact the investigating officer, Detective Sergeant Nkululeko Gumede on 039 4339600 or 083 9972366 at Harding Saps.
